We care. we really do. I have had enough bad days to know what if feels like. That stomach turning oh no kind of feeling.
We know that payroll officials have good days and bad days. When it is good and all the payrolls balance or all the employees have been paid – IT IS GOOD. Very Very Good.
We know that the bad days are really bad and often scary. we want to hear all about those days.
We want to tell the world what went wrong but more importantly what was done to fix it – I know you fixed it because that is what payroll people do.
Let us learn from one another. Teach one another and encourage one another.
